Loom Crafts CottageCare™ is a structured Annual Maintenance Agreement designed to protect, preserve, and enhance the long-term performance of your prefab modular cottage. Over the years, we have delivered 600+ cottages across India, many of which are located in remote or high-weather-impact regions where professional maintenance becomes essential. CottageCare ensures your investment remains leak-proof, structurally sound, and aesthetically maintained through a comprehensive annual service program. The package includes minor leakage repairs due to sealant wear, silicone reapplication, wooden flooring reset for humidity-related swelling (within defined limits), bathroom floor tile re-grouting, electrical and earthing inspection, door and window alignment servicing, exposed structural inspection, gutter cleaning, deck sanding labour, and one-coat painting labour for internal and external surfaces (paint material charged separately). Each annual visit is conducted by trained Loom Crafts technicians and includes a documented maintenance health report with photographs. Designed for cottages entering their second year onwards (with first-year service complimentary), CottageCare is available at ₹150 per sq ft annually, with attractive multi-year lock-in discounts. This program is not merely a repair contract—it is a preventive asset protection plan that ensures your prefab cottage continues to perform at its best, year after year.
