Our Story

Loom Crafts began in 2005 with a simple conviction: that a home could be engineered with the same precision, consistency, and quality control as any other manufactured product — without sacrificing the warmth of good architecture. Two decades later, that conviction has become India's leading prefab modular homes business, serving families, landowners, hospitality brands, and real estate developers across the country.

What started as off-site construction for individual homeowners has grown into a full-scale manufacturing operation spanning residential farmhouses and cottages on one side, and resort, glamping, and hospitality infrastructure on the other — with the same factory discipline behind both.

How We Build: Technology & Manufacturing

Every Loom Crafts structure begins on the factory floor, not the construction site. We use proven dry-construction technologies to manufacture floor, wall, and roof components with numerically controlled machines, then assemble them with error-proof joint systems and mechanical fastenings — the same modular logic used in advanced manufacturing industries, applied to housing.

Our building system centers on Light Gauge Steel Frame (LGSF) construction: high-density Rockwool insulation, cement-fiber cladding, weatherproof membranes, and energy-efficient finishes, all engineered for durability across India's full climate range — from coastal humidity to Himalayan winters. Because 80–90% of construction happens inside our controlled factory environment, we deliver homes in 45–90 days, a fraction of the timeline traditional construction requires, while generating less waste and fewer site disturbances.

We're also investing ahead: alongside our established AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Scottsdale production stack, we've brought Revit and a dedicated BIM team in-house to tighten coordination between architectural design and steel fabrication as our project complexity grows.
