About the Project

For this project, we delivered and installed two Modroom XL Loft Studio Cottages, each measuring 620 sq. ft. These units are designed to be compact, functional, and luxurious at the same time. Built with galvanised steel frames and cement-fiber cladding, they are completely termite-proof, weather-resistant, and eco-friendly, making them a perfect choice for Coorg’s lush yet humid terrain.

The cost of each unit is ₹16,55,000 (excluding interiors and land), making them not just beautiful and durable but also highly affordable for anyone looking to set up a holiday home, resort, or homestay business.
